Processing of galvanized steel
In the automotive industry in particular, components are frequently produced from galvanized steel to protect the components against corrosion. Using the TruLaser Cell Series 7040, you can cut galvanized steel sheets quickly and to an extremely high quality level. With the ObserveLine Comfort optical measuring process, you detect this error quickly since this option checks every contour for a complete cut. ObserveLine Comfort has several advantages compared to measurement using distance regulation. The process reduces the measuring time and you can even measure smaller hole diameters and angled punching slugs.
The Central Link is an interface package with which you can network your machinery and use Industry 4.0 applications. The OPC UA communication standard enables you to convey machine data, such as control variables, measured values, or parameters, and to describe them in machine-readable form.
