This prize draw is organised by TRUMPF Schweiz AG (hereinafter “TRUMPF”). The following Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to participation in the “TRUMPF Power Tools C 160” prize draw (hereinafter the “Prize Draw”). The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube. 

1. Participation, procedure and termination of the Prize Draw 
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Participation takes place via one of the online platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube. 

Eligible participants may take part in the Prize Draw by liking and commenting on the prize draw post and following the respective profile during the period from 2 April to 12 April 2026, 11:59 pm (Prize Draw Period). 

Employees of TRUMPF and companies affiliated with TRUMPF are excluded from participation. 

TRUMPF reserves the right to exclude individual participants from the Prize Draw if there are legitimate reasons. Legitimate reasons include, in particular, any breach of these Terms and Conditions, manipulation of the Prize Draw, provision of false information, or if photos or other content used by the participant (e.g. comments) violate applicable law or third‑party rights. The same applies to comments that may be considered glorifying violence, offensive, harassing, disparaging or that otherwise violate generally accepted standards of decency. 

To participate, all personal details provided must be truthful. 

TRUMPF reserves the right to terminate, suspend or extend the Prize Draw at any time and without prior notice. This applies in particular if reasons arise that disrupt or prevent the proper execution of the Prize Draw. 

If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, TRUMPF shall be entitled to claim compensation from that person for any damage incurred. 

No costs arise for participation in the Prize Draw other than the usual connection fees incurred for accessing the internet. 

2. Prize and selection of the winner 
One (1) C 160 slitting shears will be raffled among all eligible participants in the Prize Draw. 

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants within one week after the end of the Prize Draw Period. The winner will be notified via the direct messaging function of the respective platform of participation (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube). 

The winner is required to confirm acceptance of the prize via direct message within two weeks of receiving the notification. If no such confirmation is received within this period, the winner’s claim to the prize shall lapse. In this case, a new winner will be selected. 

The purchase of TRUMPF products or services has no influence on the outcome of the Prize Draw. A cash payment of the prize or an exchange or transfer of the prize to other persons is not possible. 

3. Data protection 
TRUMPF will collect, process and use the personal data provided by the participant for the purpose of conducting the Prize Draw. 

The data (user name) will be used exclusively for carrying out the Prize Draw and will be deleted after the Prize Draw has been fully completed, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. 

In all other respects, the provisions of the TRUMPF privacy policy apply (www.trumpf.com/s/xn27wm). 

4. Limitation of liability 
TRUMPF shall be liable – irrespective of the legal basis – only if damage is caused by a culpable breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty) in a manner that endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence. 

If TRUMPF is liable for the breach of a material contractual obligation without intent or gross negligence, liability shall be limited to the damage which TRUMPF could typically foresee at the time of conclusion of the contract in light of the circumstances known at that time. 

The above limitations and exclusions of liability do not apply in the event of culpable injury to life, body or health, for claims under the Product Liability Act, in the case of a contractually agreed no‑fault guarantee, or if the circumstance giving rise to liability was fraudulently concealed. 

If termination of the Prize Draw is caused by the conduct of a participant, TRUMPF shall be entitled to claim compensation from that person for any damage incurred. 

By participating in the Prize Draw, the participant releases Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw. 

5. Final provisions 
The legal relationship between TRUMPF and the participants shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland. 

Unless otherwise stated, the place of performance for all claims in connection with the Prize Draw is our registered office. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw shall be our registered office. 
 

Die Aktion wird durch die TRUMPF Schweiz AG (im Folgenden „TRUMPF“) veranstaltet. Für die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel „TRUMPF Power Tools C 160“ (im Folgenden „Aktion“) gelten die nachfolgenden Teilnahmebedingungen ausschließlich. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn oder YouTube, es wird weder von Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn oder YouTube gesponsert, unterstützt noch organisiert. 

1. Teilnahme, Ablauf und Beendigung der Aktion 
Die Teilnahme ist ab einem Alter von 18 Jahren möglich. 

Die Teilnahme erfolgt über eines der Online-Portale Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn oder YouTube. Teilnahmeberechtigte können an dem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen, indem sie im Zeitraum vom 2.4. bis 12.4.2026 um 23:59 Uhr (Aktionszeitraum) den Gewinnspiel Post Liken, Kommentieren und dem jeweiligen Profil folgen. 

Mitarbeiter von TRUMPF, von mit TRUMPF verbundenen Unternehmen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.  

TRUMPF ist berechtigt einzelne Teilnehmer von der Aktion auszuschließen, sofern berechtigte Gründe vorliegen. Ein berechtigter Grund liegt insbesondere bei Verstoß gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen, bei Manipulation der Aktion, wenn der Teilnehmer falsche Angaben macht oder verwendete Fotos oder andere Inhalte (z.B. Kommentare) geltendes Recht oder Rechte Dritter verletzen vor. Gleiches gilt bei Kommentaren, die als gewaltverherrlichend, anstößig, belästigend oder herabwürdigend angesehen werden können oder in sonstiger Weise gegen das gesellschaftliche Anstandsgefühl verstoßen. 

Zur Teilnahme ist erforderlich, dass sämtliche Personenangaben der Wahrheit entsprechen.  

TRUMPF behält sich das Recht vor, die Aktion jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung zu beenden, zu unterbrechen oder zu verlängern. Dies gilt insbesondere für solche Gründe, die einen planmäßigen Ablauf der Aktion stören oder verhindern würden. Sofern eine derartige Beendigung durch das Verhalten eines Teilnehmers verursacht wird, ist TRUMPF berechtigt, von dieser Person den entstandenen Schaden ersetzt zu verlangen. Es entstehen für die Teilnahme an der Aktion keine Kosten außer den üblichen Verbindungskosten für die Einwahl in das Internet.  

2. Gewinn und Ermittlung des Gewinners  
Unter allen teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmern wird 1x Schlitzschere C 160  verlost. 

Der Gewinner wird innerhalb einer Woche nach Teilnahmeschluss unter allen teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmern per Zufallsprinzip ermittelt. Der Gewinner wird per Direct-Messaging-Funktion der Teilnahme-Plattform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn oder YouTube) benachrichtigt. Der Gewinner ist verpflichtet seinen Gewinn innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach seiner Benachrichtigung per Direct Message zu bestätigen. Erfolgt keine Bestätigung seitens des Teilnehmers innerhalb dieser Frist, so verfällt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn. In diesem Fall wird ein neuer Gewinner ausgewählt.  

3. Weitere Informationen  
Der Erwerb von Produkten und Dienstleistungen von TRUMPF hat keinen Einfluss auf den Ausgang des Gewinnspiels.  

Eine Auszahlung der Gewinne in bar oder in Sachwerten, deren Tausch oder Übertragung auf andere Personen ist nicht möglich. 

4. Datenschutz  
TRUMPF wird die vom Teilnehmer zur Verfügung gestellten personenbezogenen Daten für die Durchführung der Aktion erheben, verarbeiten und nutzen. Die Daten (Username) werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels verwendet und nach vollständiger Abwicklung gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen. Im Übrigen gelten die Bestimmungen der Datenschutzerklärung von TRUMPF (www.trumpf.com/s/xn27wm).  

5. Haftungsbeschränkungen  
Eine Haftung von TRUMPF - gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund - besteht nur, wenn ein Schaden durch schuldhafte Verletzung einer vertragswesentlichen Pflicht (Kardinalpflicht) in einer das Erreichen des Vertragszwecks gefährdenden Weise verursacht wurde oder auf Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit zurückzuführen ist. Haftet TRUMPF gemäß dem vorstehenden Absatz für die Verletzung einer vertragswesentlichen Pflicht, ohne dass Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit vorliegen, so ist die Haftung auf den Umfang begrenzt, mit dessen Entstehen TRUMPF bei Vertragsschluss aufgrund der zu diesem Zeitpunkt bekannten Sachlage typischerweise rechnen musste. Die vorstehenden Haftungsbeschränkungen bzw. -ausschlüsse gelten nicht bei schuldhafter Verletzung von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit, für Haftungsansprüche nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz sowie im Falle einer vertraglich vereinbarten verschuldensunabhängigen Einstandspflicht oder wenn der betreffende, haftungsbegründende Umstand arglistig verschwiegen wurde. Sofern eine Beendigung der Aktion durch das Verhalten eines Teilnehmers verursacht wird, ist TRUMPF berechtigt, von dieser Person den entstandenen Schaden ersetzt zu verlangen.  

Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel stellt der Teilnehmer Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn oder YouTube von jeder Haftung frei. 

6. Schlussbestimmungen  
Die Rechtsbeziehung zwischen TRUMPF und den Teilnehmern unterliegt ausschließlich dem Recht der Schweiz. Vorbehaltlich anderer Angaben, ist der Erfüllungsort für Ansprüche im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel unser Sitz. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten aus oder im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel ist unser Sitz.
