TruFiber P Compact

Whether as an air-cooled precision tool with up to 500 W or as the water-cooled variant with up to 2 kW laser power – our TruFiber P Compact lasers are the ideal solution for a variety of applications. This includes, for example, additive manufacturing, laser precision welding in the automotive industry or laser precision cutting in medical technology.

Compact power packs

The TruFiber P compact Series lasers belong to the compact class of the CW lasers at TRUMPF and are available in a handy 19 inch format with laser power of up to 2 kW.

Virtually maintenance-free

TruFiber P Compact lasers do not need any maintenance intervals and very rarely require unscheduled service assignments due to their excellent product quality and long service life.

Robust even with back reflections

TruFiber P Compact lasers have a patented technology which not only protects the laser from the damaging effects of back reflected light but also makes it possible to process materials such as copper, brass or gold productively and with no hassle.

High degree of laser safety

The integrated safety concept offers the highest safety level (PLe) for automatic shutdown if there is an interruption in the safety circuit.

Das Schneiden medizinischer Stents erfordert aufgrund der feinen Merkmale nicht nur eine hohe Präzision bei der Platzierung eines kleinen Schneidpunkts (~20 µm), sondern auch eine sehr hohe Qualität der Schnittfläche, da das fertige Teil frei von rauen Kanten oder Ablagerungen sein muss, da diese sich nach der Implantation lösen könnten. Die exzellente Strahlqualität der Single Mode Faserlaser TruFiber P compact sind prädestiniert für diese Anwendung.

Laserschneiden reflektierender Materialen wie z.B. Messing

Dünne Bleche bis 1 mm Dicke aus Messing lassen sich optimal mit den Single Mode Faserlasern TruFiber P compact mit kleinem Spotdurchmesser (ca. 30 µm) schneiden. Ein hoher Materialabtrag, bei gleichzeitig schmaler Schnittfuge (Schnittbreite) wird mit den Lasern erreicht. Für dickere Materialien bis zu 6 mm, eignen sich die 2 kW Laser, die mit ihrem Multi-Mode-Strahl und einer Spotgröße von 50 µm hohe Schnittgeschwindigkeiten erzielen und scharfe, hochwertige Kanten schneiden.

3D-Druck von Dentalprodukten wie z.B. Zahnkronen

Metallischer 3D-Druck kann sowohl in der Zahnarztpraxis als auch in spezialisierten Dentallaboren realisiert werden. Individuelle Dentalprodukte wie beispielsweise Zahnkronen oder Implantate lassen sich so mit Materialien wie Kobalt-Chrom wirtschaftlich und qualitativ hochwertig 3D-drucken. Die TruFiber P compact Faserlaser kommen zum Einsatz um das Metallpulver aufzuschmelzen und so Bauteile Schicht für Schicht im Pulverbett aufzubauen.
