Sensor systems
Our sensor systems ensure stable and traceable laser processes in the welding, marking, and surface processing sectors. They assist with the set up, detect the position of each component, and control the laser power, focus position, and temperature. During welding, they monitor the welding depth and seam geometry; during marking, they check codes and plain text for legibility and quality. Each test result is stored for each component - fully documented and traceable. The sensors operate reliably even when dirty, in strong ambient light, and during continuous operation. Due to the joint TRUMPF laser control, they can be used without any integration effort.
