With TRUMPF lasers, surfaces can be processed exactly as required - be it for cleaning, ablation, structuring or laser metal deposition. Thanks to the precise control of power and process parameters, our lasers adapt perfectly to different materials and applications. The TruMicro Series 2000 is used for extremely thin layers and sensitive materials. Customizable pulse energy and frequencies open up a wide range of applications. The series cuts ultra-thin glass and foils, structures and marks metals - highly precisely and thermally gently with ultra-short pulses. The optional beam guidance via a hollow-core fiber makes machine integration particularly easy.

The high average output of the TruMicro Series 6000 is ideal for series production in 24/7 operation. The laser is available in many variants with different wavelengths and pulse energies of up to 2 mJ and therefore covers a wide range of applications: From glass processing down to the millimeter range, engraving coated brake disks and cutting battery foils to display production with UV wavelengths.

Thanks to their beam profile, TruMicro Series 7000 lasers are ideal for large-area ablation, cleaning and structuring. With their high peak pulse power for short-pulse laser, they even enable applications on highly reflective surfaces. In addition, a laser source can be connected to up to four processing stations, which can be operated in parallel or individually.
