Regardless of application: induction sealing, shrinking, hardening, annealing, melting, or evaporating, the generators impress with excellent cost-effectiveness and straightforward integration.
RF generators for induction heating
Inductive sealing in the packaging industry (drink cartons, toothpaste tubes).
TruHeat HF Series 3000 (H) / 5000 (H) are extremely diverse. Whether for shrinking, annealing, hardening, or soldering: The generators master every challenge effortlessly.
Ideal for highly precise temperature-controlled processes
In addition to the classic areas of inductive heating, the TruHeat HF Series 1000 / 3000 / 5000 generators also easily master complex tasks such as highly precise temperature-controlled processes within thermal analysis.
The flexible and cost-effective solution for your application
With its compact modular design, the generator requires far less space than devices using a conventional design. Flexible control enables you to choose the optimal operating frequency for the process in question. A wide range of standard interfaces enables the connection of the generator to different superordinate systems.
Special design for parallel oscillating circuits: TruHeat HF Series 3000 (H) / 5000 (H)
In this version, the external circuit, which is used directly at the point of heating, has an extremely compact design. This means the integration into systems and units is considerably easier. Due to power control from almost 0% to 100%, the generator is ideally suited for use in high-precision, temperature-controlled processes.
The RF generator can be optimally adapted to different system environments due to different options.
The matching transformer is part of the external circuit. This means the load (induction coil + workpiece) can be optimally adapted to the RF generator so it can always output the maximum power.
The foot switch turns the generator power on and off from a distance. Connected to the RF generator via a cable, the switch can be placed close to the application. This means you can start the process and monitor heating at the same time.
The selection of suitable system components means that the RF generator can be optimally adjusted to the required application.
