Automated laser welding for a variety of components – simpler, faster, more cost-effective

The TruLaser Weld 3000 is the compact solution for automated laser welding of a wide variety of parts. It was designed for production environments where components change frequently. Where space is limited. Where every hour of productivity counts.
With offline programming and AI-assisted correction during teaching at the machine, you can program new parts much faster. The machine continues to operate. This reduces setup times and increases the machine utilization rate. Heat conduction welding results in less distortion, less rework, and higher quality. The compact footprint saves 24 percent in production space compared to larger systems.

Flexible laser welding for a variety of components and materials

Perfect for a wide variety of parts being manufactured

Get the first part at least twice as fast

Offline programming + AI correction = less setup time, higher utilization

Seamless integration into existing production lines

24% less space required – can even be used in facilities with limited production space

A cost-effective introduction to automated laser welding

Everything from a single source: machine, software, service – not as complicated, start production sooner

A man stands in front of the
TeachLine Touch

With the TeachLine Touch function, weld points can be moved to the correct position simply by tapping on the machine screen. This reduces programming and setup time by up to 50 percent.

TeachLine AI – intelligent programming

With TeachLine AI, an AI-based process automatically detects deviations in the weld points and corrects the robot path accordingly. This ensures consistently high weld quality and significantly reduces manual labor and operator dependency.

Compact welding optics

The new, 40 percent smaller welding optics reaches hard-to-access areas within the component. Weld inside deep housings, boxes, and confined fixtures. This makes it possible to automatically manufacture a wider range of parts.

High-quality weld seams

BrightLine Scan and BrightLine Weld ensure process reliability and seam quality. BrightLine Scan offers greater gap-bridging capability of up to 0.7 millimeters and wider weld seams. BrightLine Weld reduces spatter during deep penetration welding. The result: high-quality weld seams with less distortion.

Welding with a supplementary wire

FusionLine combines laser energy with targeted material placement. For gaps up to 1.5 millimeters or materials that require supplementary wire. Perfect for sensitive materials and demanding applications. Maximum flexibility in terms of material requirements.

Inverter housing manufactured on a TruLaser Weld 3000

Aluminum inverter housing

With BrightLine Scan and FusionLine, we achieve high-quality welding results with aluminum alloys. This sample part shows an inverter housing with complex geometries and tight tolerances.

Welding with process reliability

BrightLine Scan allows you to weld corners, gaps and other tolerances with process reliability. This sample part made of mild steel shows a conventionally designed cover for a clamp.

High-quality welding results

BrightLine Scan's high frequencies achieve high-quality welding results with aluminum alloys. This aluminum sample part shows a battery tray element with a 135° corner.

Flexible welding

The water tank made of stainless steel shows different deep-welded seam geometries in sheet thicknesses of 0.06 in and 0.12 in.

Quick and reliable

You can create slim high-strength seams quickly with the deep welding process.

Almost invisible

The counter segment made of stainless steel shines as a result of heat conduction welding with particularly attractive visible seams.

For all common materials

The lower terminal box is made of mild steel, the middle one is made of stainless steel, and the upper one is made of aluminum. You can weld all materials flexibly with the laser.

As if it were a single piece

You can create nicely rounded seams with heat conduction welding, with barely any component distortion.

Hardly any rework required

Catering containers made of stainless steel can be produced with laser welding with hardly any post-processing required.

Tolerant laser welding

The new FusionLine bridges gaps up to a millimeter wide.

Positioners

Work table

The work table provides a stable, level clamping surface for flat components. Perfect for simple geometries and quick setup times. Maximum flexibility with minimal investment.

Rotate and tilt positioner

With two NC axes integrated into the robot control, the rotate and tilt positioner also makes it possible to weld components that are difficult to access in just one clamping. Fewer step-up steps. Higher precision.

Compact rotary table with 3D clamping plate

The compact rotary table allows for loading and unloading parallel to production. The 3D clamping plate offers maximum flexibility for different component geometries. Higher machine utilization rate due to shorter non-productive times.

Compact rotary table with vertical rotary axis

This rotary table with vertical rotary axes optimizes space utilization in the manufacturing cell. Automatic switching between clamping pallets while the machine is welding. Continuous production without idle times.

Welding optics and processes

Improved accessibility with compact welding optics

The 40 percent smaller welding optics reaches hard-to-access areas within the component. Weld inside deep housings, boxes, and confined fixtures. A wider range of parts can be automated.

Welding with supplementary wire thanks to FusionLine

FusionLine combines laser energy with targeted material placement. For gaps up to 1.5 millimeters or materials that require supplementary wire. Maximum flexibility for critical materials.

Rotary module for shield gas guidance

The shielding gas nozzle rotates continuously around the optics. The amount the robot needs to reorient itself is significantly reduced. This reduces expenditure on clamping systems and programming, makes your components more accessible, and you can weld much more quickly.

BrightLine scan

BrightLine Scan uses high frequency scanners and motor-driven focus settings. Greater gap bridging capacity of up to 0.7 millimeters and wider weld seams for better tolerance compensation. Robust and flexible processes.

Spatter-free laser welding with BrightLine Weld

BrightLine Weld distributes the laser power between the inner and outer cores of the laser light cable. This significantly reduces spatter, especially during deep welding. High-quality results with less rework.
