It takes a lot of patience and courage to convince them to take the path into the digital age and to recognise the advantages of an investment. Sida also regularly organises trips to Germany to show his customers TRUMPF's main production areas and the Smart Factory Forum in Ditzingen. In this way, he gains their trust in TRUMPF as a sustainable partner. "What fascinates me most about my work is when a customer has dared to take the first step and then realises successes are possible in the future," says Sida.
