What sets the TruMicro Series 7000 apart
With pulse energy of up to 200 mJ, the lasers in the TruMicro Series 7000 offer the highest pulse energy in the nanosecond range across the entire TRUMPF portfolio and are market leaders. This allows you to achieve a very high material removal rate per pulse, enabling even large processing surfaces to be textured and cleaned quickly.
The high peak power option allows high pulse energy to be transmitted even over longer laser light cables, which are required for robot applications. This provides you with a significantly higher peak pulse power at the workpiece. The technology can be easily retrofitted to existing systems.
Up to four pluggable laser outputs provide maximum flexibility. You can split the laser beam and use it to perform the same process multiple times simultaneously - for example, to process a component from different sides using multiple optical systems. The beam distribution can be freely configured to meet your requirements. You save space and enjoy maximum flexibility following integration of the laser into your production process.
With the TruMicro Series 7000, you get a proven laser that you can easily integrate into various machine concepts using industrial interfaces. The laser light cables and programmable focusing unit (PFO) are optimally matched and offer numerous safety features. For example, smart sensors detect incorrectly connected or damaged cables and automatically deactivate the laser, ensuring safe, uninterrupted production.
Depending on the application, you can use up to four plug-in laser light cables with lasers from the TruMicro Series 7000. A variety of geometries allow you to adjust the shape and size of the focal point on the workpiece and optimize the energy for the specific application. With cable lengths of up to 30 meters, you have maximum flexibility when planning your system, such as when using robots.
The TruMicro Series 7000 has an IP54 safety class and is equipped with a fully enclosed housing. This ensures stable processes and high system availability even under extreme industrial production conditions, such as humidity, dust, or temperatures of up to 32 degrees at 100 percent air humidity.

Developing processes with experts
At our Laser Application Center, experienced application engineers at locations in Germany, Korea, China, Japan, and the USA develop process parameters for your specific application using TRUMPF laser systems under real production conditions. This is how you reduce development risks and achieve an optimum process solution. -
Available for delivery worldwide at any time.
Thanks to its high production capacity, TRUMPF ensures that TruMicro Series 7000 lasers are available worldwide at short notice. This allows you to flexibly plan the expansion of existing machines or the installation of new ones - and, if required, with support from the TRUMPF global service team, which is available around the clock.
One system. Everything from TRUMPF.
A laser alone is not a solution. Only in combination with precise optics, intelligent sensor technology and tailor-made services can a system be created that makes your applications possible and ensures reliable processes. With TRUMPF, you have a partner who not only supplies technology, but also reliable process results - solutions that measurably advance your production and pay off through sustainable success.
Optics
Guide and focus the laser beamOverview
Optics focus the laser beam precisely onto the workpiece - exactly at the point where the processing takes place. TRUMPF offers two variants for this:
Classic processing optics (BEO) focus a laser beam on a fixed processing point. To cover the processing surface, either the optics or the workpiece must be moved.
Programmable focusing optics (PFO) use mirrors to flexibly direct the laser beam to any position in the processing field - without any mechanical movement of the workpiece or optics.
All optics can be combined via an interface with various sensors for process monitoring - from TRUMPF or third-party suppliers.
