TruMark 6030
High-end markings and surface processing
Our 3D specialist
With the TruMark 6030, you can precisely reproduce your desired results for marking, engraving, ablation and annealing at any time - even under changing production conditions. As a 3D specialist, the laser is also ideal for processing free form faces. A high peak pulse power enables precise results and gentle processing of metals and non-metals.
What makes the TruMark 6030 special
There are no limits when it comes to shaping your products: The TruMark 6030 can also precisely mark and process the surfaces of highly complex shapes.
With a high peak pulse power of 40 kW, the TruMark 6030 removes a lot of material even with low heat input - so you can engrave even very fine structures without damaging the material.
With our intuitive TruTops Mark 3D software package, you can adapt the TruMark 6030 to the individual requirements of your production line. Fully-fledged CAD software makes it easy to import and edit your CAD files. You also have access to numerous options that go far beyond simple marking: From deep engraving and cleaning to spot welding and applying markings with rotary axes.
Do you want a system that meets your specific requirements but is ready for immediate use? The TruMark 6030 contains all the important components such as interfaces, scanners, software and laser-safe housing - and can be integrated into comprehensive control concepts.
Thanks to special components and a special manufacturing method, the system components of all TruMark 6030 lasers are calibrated identically. This allows you to produce with constant output power and perfectly adjusted scanner mirrors - and achieve consistently high-quality results across the entire marking volume of your workpieces.
Further advantages
-
Safe and reliable with PLe
The TruMark 6030 fulfills the highest safety Performance Level e (PLe). Redundant safety systems and fast error detection increase your safety in production - without additional measures on the laser. -
Easy to integrate, easy to maintain
Thanks to a plug-in laser light cable, the TruMark 6030 can be easily integrated into any production line and replaced via plug-and-play. This reduces machine downtimes to a minimum. -
Consistent results under changing conditions
Thanks to active power regulation with a sensor system, the laser beam operates at a continuously constant power - even under changing conditions such as high outside temperatures. This ensures consistent quality with every production batch.
The TruMark 6030 in use
You want to mark, structure and ablate 3D surfaces of heat-sensitive workpieces - for example for medical technology products that are implanted in the human body or for sensitive components in machine and systems engineering or the automotive industry.
Marking of 3D components
Marking of 3D components
They apply markings to 3D-shaped everyday products such as pots or shower heads, which would usually be distorted by 2D laser markings - making them illegible.
The TruMark 6030 adjusts the focus of its laser beam in real time during marking and thus achieves optimum results on 3D products with a wide range of marking variants such as annealing, black engraving or white engraving.
Ablation of paint layers
Ablation of paint layers
You want to ablate parts of layers of paint cleanly in order to optimally prepare the underlying surface for subsequent processes, such as gluing or welding work.
Thanks to its high peak pulse power, the TruMark 6030 removes layers of paint quickly and residue-free in the desired areas without affecting the surrounding layer.
Structuring 3D surfaces
Structuring 3D surfaces
You want to structure the surfaces of 3D objects, for example connecting rods, to improve their friction properties.
The laser beam focus of the TruMark 6030 adapts to the 3D surface - and, thanks to a high peak pulse power, develops great force on individual points, allowing the finest structures to be created.
One system. Everything TRUMPF.
A laser alone is not a solution. Only in combination with precise optics, intelligent sensor technology and tailor-made services can a system be created that makes your applications possible and ensures reliable processes. With TRUMPF, you have a partner who not only supplies technology, but also reliable process results - solutions that measurably advance your production and pay off through sustainable success.
