Bending machines
Whether you bend manually or automatically no longer depends solely on the lot size and part variety. Even small series and frequently changing parts can be manufactured cost-effectively using an automated bending cell. The key factor is how you want to manufacture your products: Manual bending machines are suitable if your operators need to respond flexibly and intervene directly in the bending process. Automated press brakes, on the other hand, handle more work steps on their own and can produce autonomously over longer periods of time. In many manufacturing processes, the two approaches complement each other. This does not increase the programming effort: A ready-to-use bending program proposal is generated at the push of a button just as quickly as during manual bending. You decide for yourself how much automation to use. The options range from mobile bending cells that you can dock on the machine as required, to highly automated systems with Smart Factory connectivity.
