There are no limits when it comes to shaping your products: The TruMark 6030 can also precisely mark and process the surfaces of highly complex shapes.
With a high peak pulse power of 40 kW, the TruMark 6030 removes a lot of material even with low heat input - so you can engrave even very fine structures without damaging the material.
With our intuitive TruTops Mark 3D software package, you can adapt the TruMark 6030 to the individual requirements of your production line. Fully-fledged CAD software makes it easy to import and edit your CAD files. You also have access to numerous options that go far beyond simple marking: From deep engraving and cleaning to spot welding and applying markings with rotary axes.

Thanks to special components and a special manufacturing method, the system components of all TruMark 6030 lasers are calibrated identically. This allows you to produce with constant output power and perfectly adjusted scanner mirrors - and achieve consistently high-quality results across the entire marking volume of your workpieces.
Thanks to active power regulation with a sensor system, the laser beam operates at a continuously constant power - even under changing conditions such as high outside temperatures. This ensures consistent quality with every production batch.

VisionLine
During the marking process, VisionLine ensures markings are precisely positioned and legible: It detects the component's position, compensates for deviations, and checks the contrast and completeness of codes and text, among other things. For markings that must also meet strict quality requirements.
CalibrationLine
CalibrationLine keeps laser parameters stable over time: It continuously measures laser power and focus, and detects early on when, for example, contamination or maintenance has caused the values to shift. The control automatically makes adjustments before component quality is compromised. For processes that continue to run in synchronization even after weeks.
