You can order all TRUMPF bending tools as a set or individually. With more than 150 various upper and lower tool versions in stock, plenty of part geometries are possible. The Data Matrix Code enables simple scanning and therefore makes it possible to automatically load the tools into the control (ToolMaster). Optional coatings mean that unwanted adhesions of aluminium or zinc caused by sheet abrasion, and the resulting marks  and inaccuracies, are a thing of the past.

For specific requirements, we develop special tools that are precisely tailored to your components and processes. Our experts oversee the entire development process and precisely coordinate the material, shape and machine parameters. This provides you with bespoke solutions that enable you to handle complex bending tasks reliably and cost-effectively.

A wide range of standard bending tools is available from store, including suitable tool data and data matrix code as the basis for future functions such as quick order, tracking and tool analysis.
