The TruBend Series 1000 is only available in pre-configured models. These are optimised for the requirements and applications of bending customers. You have the choice between the Classic and Comfort models.
Yes, the machine will be supplied with an initial set of upper and lower tools (1.5 m each). This first tool set is mainly designed for the final inspection, although you can also use it for your bending applications.
The machine is also supplied full of oil so you can start working with your new TruBend Series 1000 immediately.
Yes, the TruBend Series 1000 can be programmed offline using TecZone Bend.
The machine includes a demo licence for the software, that you can use and test for 12 months from the date of planned delivery of the machine.
The RA control (right angle control) is a machine control developed by TRUMPF. Its design is based on the offline programming system TecZone Bend and includes a user interface (UI) that is very easy to operate.
The traditional tool clamp works with tools from other manufacturers, which a lot of customers already work with.
Yes, the established and high-quality TRUMPF LASERdur tools can be clamped on to the TruBend Series 1000.
