- TSC 100With the TruTool TSC 100, you can clean your slats quickly and effortlessly. This ensures reliable, high-quality production of laser-cut components. The slats do not need to be removed for cleaning. This is practical and saves you time. It takes approximately 30 minutes to clean an entire standard size pallet of 1500 mm x 3000 mm. When used in combination with slat care liquid, cleaning becomes much easier as the fine protective film reduces both slag formation and its adhesion to the slats. The fluid works reliably on all common cutting materials – both on mild steel and copper strips. Downstream processes are not affected by the protective film.
The option of multiple cleaning significantly increases the service life of the slats and can cut costs by up to 75%.
On laser cutting machines with pallet changers, you can clean the slats during the cutting process.

Outstanding cleaning results
TruTool TSC 100 automatically adapts to different slag thicknesses of up to 25 mm and achieves optimal cleaning results at laser powers < 10,000 watts. The slats themselves are cleaned laterally and in the spaces between the teeth. Another positive feature is that you can insert the TruTool TSC 100 into any row of slats and clean them completely up to the edge of the pallet while still installed.
Intelligent monitoring system
An intelligent monitoring system ensures reliable and safe work processes. An integrated LED display informs you with fast, continuous flashing when the seal needs to be replaced. Thanks to the seal function monitoring, the manual check previously required at regular intervals is no longer necessary. The maintenance interval is automatically controlled with an electronic display. This saves you time and prevents possible damage to the tool that can occur if the seal is not checked and replaced at the specified maintenance interval
Slat care liquid
The thin protective film forms a barrier between the slat and the slag, minimising slag formation and adhesion. This makes it much easier and faster to clean the slats. Slat care liquid is suitable for all common cutting materials, does not adversely affect downstream processes, and ensures clean components when used in conjunction with mechanical slat cleaning.
The ideal combination
Slat care liquid is the perfect companion to the slat cleaner. Apply slat care liquid to new or cleaned support slats to form a protective film before cutting your components as usual. Afterwards, clean the slats mechanically using the slat cleaner and then reapply slat care liquid to renew the protective film. This ensures reliable protection for your slats and helps extend their service life
Pneumatic spray gun
Spray both sides of the slats from a distance of about 30–50 cm at a 45° angle. The nozzle produces a fine mist that ensures even and safe application.
