Health Check

We will help you assess the technical condition of your TruDisk laser after its first life cycle has ended.

Efficient and reliable use of your laser over multiple life cycles

Depending on the hours of operation, TruDisk lasers are used at a single point in the production line for an average of around 7 years, after which they are usually replaced. 

Our Health Check service offers you the opportunity to assess the condition of your TruDisk laser after its initial period of use. As part of the Health Check, an inventory and inspection of selected components is carried out and documented according to a checklist, e.g. dirt in the beam guidance. Based on the results, we advise you on which parts may need to be replaced or repaired and whether, on this basis, the use of the TruDisk laser can be recommended for a further production cycle.
