Welding depth monitoring
The TRUMPF welding depth monitoring warns the user if the process deviates from the preset welding depth. This makes it possible to operate close to the process limits.
Melt travel monitor
The TRUMPF melt travel monitor turns off the laser after a certain amount of material melting during transmission welding of plastic. This improves the process monitoring and helps to balance out production tolerances.
The CalibrationLine from TRUMPF checks whether the focal position and laser power on the workpiece actually match your requirements, at regular, individually definable intervals. If necessary, the calibration tool corrects the focus in the X, Y, and Z direction, as well as the laser power, and brings the program back in line with reality.
