Welding systems for high quality

Imagine always welding to a consistently high quality standard, saving tedious post-processing. Sound good? Compared to manual welding, automated arc welding with the cobot and laser welding offer you an enormous quality advantage. By the way, operation is much easier than you might think. Your skilled welding professionals will become programmers thanks to e-learning. Making everyone a professional right from the beginning.

Welding presents your company with great challenges

How can I find enough skilled professionals?

If the robot welds the standard parts, the specialist has more time for tricky tasks.

How do I achieve consistent quality?

The automated welding cell does not get tired – which makes your quality predictable.

How do I keep and motivate good employees?

Working on a robot is fun, especially when programming is so easy.

How do I save post-processing work?

You weld consistent seams with automated processes. The laser saves a great deal of post-processing.

Looking at weld seams in practice

A conventionally welded component (MAG manually welded)

When components are welded by hand, no two are exactly the same. They are significantly discolored and distorted due to the typically high heat input. The seam is wide and irregular. Distortion and optical quality demand time-consuming post-processing.

MAG-welded component using automated processes

The weld seam is more consistent – and above all, it is the same for each component. The wide seam and high level of heat input - typical for MAG welding - are unmistakable. Depending on requirements, post-processing is required in this case as well.

Laser-welded component

Do you want visually high-quality or extremely stable seams? Then a laser welding system is just right for you. There is often no need at all for post-processing and you can send the result as a finished part. The weld seam in the figure is hardly visible after painting, for example.

We understand the challenges you face

Welding competence

Skilled welding professionals are often hard to find. We help you grow autonomously. Will you take off into your automated future with us as your co-pilot?

Knowledge breeds success. That's why we share our expertise as a welding systems manufacturer with you – by storing common welding parameters in your machine, for example.

Laser welding is worth it, even without full utilization – you will be impressed when you compare TIG-welded components with laser-welded components.
