The TruBend Series 3000 handles a wide range of bending tasks – from housings and brackets to long profiles, tall nests, and complex geometries. With the optional 5-axis backgauge, even complex components can be machined with dimensional accuracy.
The ACB Laser non-contact angle detection sensor system measures the bending angle during the process and automatically compensates for deviations. This results in consistent results with fewer rejects and less rework.
Bending programs can be created offline and transferred via a QR code. Thanks to Touchpoint control and automatic tool clamping, new orders can be started easily and without lengthy set up.
