The Service app – the app for your service messages
Be it a technical problem, a spare part, or a question concerning maintenance – with the Service App and your free MyTRUMPF account you can submit your service messages to our Technical Service team quickly and easily at any time. Here is how it works – simply select the affected machine and the reason for the message, add a description and photos, and specify a contact person. You and your colleagues will subsequently be kept up to date on the status of the issue.

Service messages can be sent around the clock. Cases submitted in the night will be processed the next morning.

Send your service message in 5 easy steps
- Select a machine
There is an overview of all your TRUMPF machines. Select the machine about which you wish to submit a message.
- Specify the reason for your message
Is the machine down? Or would you like to order a spare part? Narrow down the problem using the default categories.
- Describe the problem
Giving a short description or specifying the displayed error number will allow your request to be processed even more quickly.
- Add pictures
Upload pictures to the app directly from your smartphone and use them to illustrate the problem for the TRUMPF service engineer.
- Specify a contact person
Is your shift almost over? No problem. Specify the colleague that TRUMPF should contact.
