Remote Operation Support – your expert for the night shift
It is difficult to recruit qualified machine operators for the night shift. Make it easy on yourself: From our Remote Operation Center in Neukirch (Germany), we connect to your machine, manage your night shift, and proactively resolve idle states. This allows your automated production to be more productive during multi-shift operations and requires fewer staff. When would you benefit from having a true TRUMPF specialist on your night shift?

How does Remote Operation Support work?
What requirements should you meet?
You need our Smart Factory host to communicate securely, use various software applications, and set up a runtime environment for the remote control of your machine.
You can purchase the necessary hardware, including smart cameras, cables, and appropriate lighting, as a machine option or for retrofitting.
A TRUMPF service agreement is required so that we can proactively support you and create service tickets on your behalf.
