TruMark 6030

High-end markings and surface processing

GET IN TOUCH

Our 3D specialist

– for flawless results on all materials

With the TruMark 6030, you can consistently achieve the exact results you require for marking, engraving, ablation and annealing – even under varying production conditions. As a 3D specialist, the laser is also ideal for processing free form faces. A high pulse peak power enables precise results and gentle processing of metals and non-metals.

What makes the TruMark 6030 so special

– Special features at a glance
Perfect for free-form faces

There are no limits to the design of your products: the TruMark 6030 can precisely mark and process the surfaces of highly complex shapes.

Engravings that preserve the material

With a high peak pulse power of 40 kW, the TruMark 6030 removes a lot of material even at a low heat input – so you can engrave extremely fine structures without damaging the material.

Can be individually adapted to every application

Our intuitive TruTops Mark 3D software package allows you to tailor the TruMark 6030 to the specific requirements of your production line. Fully-fledged CAD software makes it easy to import and edit your CAD files. You also have access to numerous options that go far beyond simple marking – from deep engraving and cleaning to spot welding and applying markings with rotary axes.

All in one turnkey device

Would you like a system that meets your specific requirements but is ready for immediate use? The TruMark 6030 includes all key components, such as interfaces, scanners, software and laser-safe housing – and can be integrated into overall control concepts.

Reproducible results at all times

Special components and a unique manufacturing process ensure that the system components of all TruMark 6030 lasers are calibrated identically. This allows you to operate at a constant output power with perfectly aligned scanner mirrors – and achieve consistently high-quality results across the entire marking area of your workpieces.

Further advantages

  • Safe and reliable with PLe

The TruMark 6030 meets the highest safety level, Performance Level e (PLe). Redundant safety systems and rapid error detection increase production reliability – without the need for additional measures on the laser itself.
  • Easy to integrate, easy to maintain

A plug-in laser fibre cable allows the TruMark 6030 to be easily integrated into any production line and replaced using plug-and-play functionality. This reduces machine downtime to a minimum.
  • Consistent results under changing conditions

Thanks to active power regulation with a sensor system, the laser beam operates at a continuously constant power – even under changing conditions such as high outside temperatures. This ensures consistent quality with every production batch.

Discover our TruMark 6030 – with compact design for easy installation and flexible cooling options (air or water cooling), ideal for different operating conditions.

Mark complex 3D components precisely and flexibly with the TruTops Mark 3D marking software.

The TruMark 6030 is available for a range of machine configurations and can be quickly and easily integrated into existing production lines via a plug-in laser light cable. See for yourself!

The TruMark 6030 in use

– What to expect

You want to mark, structure and ablate three-dimensional surfaces of heat-sensitive workpieces – for example for medical technology products that are implanted in the human body or for sensitive components in machine and systems engineering or the automotive industry.

Marking of 3D components

Marking of 3D components

They apply markings to 3D everyday items such as pots and shower heads; these markings would usually appear distorted if produced using 2D laser marking – and would therefore be illegible.

The TruMark 6030 adjusts the focus of its laser beam in real time during marking to achieve optimum results on 3D products with a wide range of marking variants such as annealing, black engraving or white engraving.

Ablation of paint layers

Ablation of paint layers

You want to ablate layers of paint from parts cleanly in order to prepare the underlying surface as effectively as possible for subsequent processes, such as bonding or welding.

Thanks to its high pulse peak power, the TruMark 6030 removes layers of paint quickly and without residue in the desired areas without affecting the surrounding layer.

Structuring 3D surfaces

Structuring 3D surfaces

You want to structure the surfaces of 3D objects, for example connecting rods, to improve their friction properties.

The laser beam focus of the TruMark 6030 adapts to the 3D surface – and, thanks to a high peak pulse power, delivers immense energy at specific points, enabling the creation of extremely fine structures.

One system. All TRUMPF.
