Pulse duration and pulse frequency can be perfectly coordinated – in up to 48 different combinations. This versatility is unique on the market and enables fast and precise processing of aluminium, titanium and numerous ferrous metals.

Precise marking of workpieces on different levels

By shifting the focus position, workpieces with different levels or gradients can be marked without moving the laser head – a carrier pushes the lens into the appropriate position.

– What to expect

You need to apply markings to a wide range of materials that remain permanently visible so that the origin of components can be clearly traced, for example in the automotive industry. The TruMark fibre lasers produce fast and precise resistant markings on a wide variety of surfaces, which can be clearly seen even after a long time – from very deep fonts to fine, high-contrast motifs to 2D and 3D effects.

Laser annealing on smooth surfaces

You want to create durable and resistant markings on smooth surfaces such as steel.

The TruMark 5020 and the TruMark 5050 allow you to implement the finest fonts, logos and decorative designs on a wide variety of materials through the highest beam quality and a wide range of focusing optics for different focal diameters.

Create deep engravings

You need recessed markings that are permanently durable and cannot be removed – even in environments at risk of corrosion, such as identification numbers on vehicle parts. Or because you want to create 3D effects or black and white engravings for high-contrast 2D codes.

The TruMark 7050 fibre laser achieves the highest beam quality in the fibre laser field, and can also apply very deep engravings in a short time.

Foaming of plastics

Foaming infrared-permeable plastics requires the utmost precision because the material should only be heated briefly in order to apply high-contrast markings. This challenge is even greater when it comes to rapid production in large quantities, such as components or electrical fuses.

With a high pulse repetition frequency and variable pulse duration, the TruMark 5020 reliably applies precise logos, fine lines and symbols even at high speeds.

Ablation of layers

If layers are removed at certain points, the utmost care is required. Whether it's a case of removing day-night markings, removing contaminants such as copper, rust, or oil, or removing layers of paint from automotive components to prepare them for subsequent processes such as welding or bonding, it is essential to ensure that the underlying layer remains intact.
