Fibre lasers

A compact footprint, long service life and excellent single-mode (SM) beam quality up to 2 kW or multi-mode (MM) powers up to 6kW from a robust "all-in-fiber" resonator concept – all features that make TRUMPF fiber lasers first choice for a wide range of applications. With a 10 m SM or up to 20 m MM delivery fiber and flexible laser communication and control options, our fiber lasers can also be smoothly integrated into larger systems without any problems.

The fibre-based solid-state laser, TruFiber, is the precision laser for delicate work. It stands out with its single-mode beam quality and the variety of power classes available. While the lower power classes of the fibre laser (up to 1 kW) are optimally suited for laser precision cutting and welding, the higher power classes (over 1 kW) shine when it comes to wobble welding.

TruFiber P compact

The compact Series P fibre lasers extend the power spectrum of the TRUMPF CW lasers from 2 kW down to 100 W in the low power range. They are characterised by a particularly compact form factor, flexible product properties such as power, beam quality and cooling concepts as well as user-friendly software.

TruFiber 6000 S

TruFiber S Series

The multimode fibre lasers of the TruFiber S Series are the all-rounders from TRUMPF in the medium power range of 3 to 6 kW. Take advantage of flexible beam shaping with two outputs and low-spatter laser welding thanks to BrightLine Weld technology.

TruMark Series 5000 – flexible and productive with compact laser head

The fibre laser-based TruMark Series 5000 offers the optimum combination of high power, high frequencies, and adjustable pulse duration. The high-power marking laser is designed for demanding applications with high power requirements and short cycle times.

One-box laser – outstanding and compact cost-effectiveness

One-box lasers

The one-box laser is a comprehensive all-in-one package that enables you to integrate laser marking quickly and easily into your production or machine. Its compact housing contains the electronics, scanner, PC and the TruMark 5010 or TruMark 1110 beam source.

TruMicro Series 2000

TruMicro Series 2000

The fibre-based ultrashort pulse lasers in the TruMicro Series 2000 are distinguished by their compact and light design. Integrating the laser is made significantly easier thanks to hollow core fibre technology. Its moderate average power and high beam quality will open up applications in new areas for you, such as medical technology and foil processing.

TruMicro Mark 1020

TruMicro Mark Series

Whether for high-contrast, high-quality marking or process-reliable micro-structuring of delicate surfaces - thanks to ultra-short pulses and single-pulse power regulation, the TruMicro Mark series offers solutions for the most demanding requirements. Comprehensive solutions with a TruMark station are available, as well as OEM systems including a scanning system, cooler and 3D marking software.


TruPulse nano

The pulsed TRUMPF TruPulse nano fibre lasers with GTWave and PulseTune technology are by far some of the most versatile industrial lasers in the nanosecond range.
