With the size 5 cup tool for the active die, you can create forms with a diameter of up to 55 mm and a height of 10 mm to the highest quality in just one stroke. The "active die" machine option also enables an active forming stroke from below, making processing from underneath the sheet possible. In addition to forming, the active die ensures scratch-free punching and forming processes. The die is lowered under the control of the program and no longer touches the sheet. Creating forms close to the clamps, with a minimal scrap skeleton, is that much easier.
