Here, the software takes into account dependencies between the linked Bend and Cut technologies, as well as the design and ensures a fast production process.

HomeZone

Keep control of your processes and orders – with HomeZone, you benefit from a central control level, even if you work in a team. Here, you are completely independent from the file formats of your customers. Mass and assembly imports can also be achieved easily. With HomeZone, you always have an overview of all the work steps of an order – from 2D/3D design and unfolding, to the bending program and nesting, right up to the cutting or punching program. Thanks to the TruTops Boost user interface with TecZone Cut (Laser, Punch, Nest) and TecZone Bend, all orders can be shown, executed and controlled clearly and intuitively.

TecZone

Design complex sheet parts yourself safely and to a high level of quality – with the integrated 2D/3D CAD system from TRUMPF in TecZone Design. Using TecZone Cut, nesting jobs, for example, can be optimized with just a few clicks. TecZone Bend brings together the bending and shop floor programming – irrespective of whether you are working in the office or at the machine.

The performance kick at the touch of a button: with the Boost button, you can control and program your tasks interactively, in next to no time. TruTops Boost revolutionises your work with automated processes, regardless of the technology being used. This means the innovative software very easily provides you with suggestions for solutions. Recurring orders are recognised and can be optimally programmed to a consistently high quality. The new Lean Nest nesting processor and the optimised nesting algorithms allow you to make the best possible use of your material, thereby reducing costs. This is because the processor takes the nesting parameters of the job into account, such as the start corner, parts distances and sheet margins. Lean Nest and the previous nesting profiles are activated as standard. TruTops Boost provides the best results, automatically.

TruTops Boost as the nucleus for networking production

The combined management of order, parts and material data with TruTops Boost and QuickJob provides an easy starting point for production control.

You can expand your TruTops Boost to suit your requirements perfectly. Options such as the (remaining) sheet stock management help you to maintain an overview of your sheet stocks. The part separation helps you with faster sorting at the laser machine.

You can use the modules to expand your programming system for complete production control. All sub-steps from tender preparation and production control, through to stock keeping and delivery can therefore be covered.

The combination of TruTops Boost and TecZone Bend mean you benefit from a wide range of advantages. Less set up, more bending

The programming system TecZone Bend creates the program for your bending parts. The Tool Setup Optimizer option checks which parts you need the same tools for and how the tool stations can be best combined. This enables you to bend the maximum number of parts with only one tool setup.
