Our Integrated Cutting and Bending Systems or ICBs for short, consist of at least one automated cutting machine and at least one automated bending machine. In addition, the ICBs include an automated storage system for raw material and parts logistics. A great example of an ICB is the fully automated laser cutting machine TruLaser Center 7030 together with a TruBend Cell 5000 and a large storage system connecting the two processes. For a smaller ICB, a TruStore can act as the connection between the equipment performing the cutting and bending processes. One advantage of the large storage system is that more than one pair of automated cutting or bending machines can be connected either right from start or in a later phase.
