Speed
You can set up your bending machine automatically for each new program with the automatic ToolMaster tool change system, thereby increasing the machine utilization rate.
The adjustable multigripper, part of the latest generation of the TruBend Cell 5000, makes complex gripper construction a thing of the past. You can create your gripper configurator in just a few minutes in the TRUMPF offline programming system. Using the setup plan, the multigripper can be adapted to the component geometry in just a few steps. You benefit from significantly reduced non-productive times and your personnel is available for activities that actually add value.
The console enables autonomous gripper changes as well as automatic processing of various orders, all without the need for manual intervention.
The conveyor belt removes small parts that cannot be stacked.
The pallet conveyor loads blanks or unloads finished workpieces without interrupting the bending operation.
The sheet removal station can separate and produce up to four component types parallel to production in a single operation.
The interface for connected material flow uses an automated guided vehicle (AGV) to automatically load and unload the bending cell without a direct storage connection being required. The transport orders are commissioned via the Oseon software solution and can be executed manually or automatically.
Precision
You can achieve consistently precise angles using the tried-and-tested ACB Wireless and ACB Laser angle measuring systems – without any manual intervention.
The sensor system on the 4-axis or 6-axis backgauge accurately positions your components.
Customizable
You can freely select the length of the floor lane. This ensures there is enough space for blanks and finished parts.

Networking
Seamless integration of multiple TRUMPF machines into your own software environment is very easy. We have the right solution for every combination, whether it be integration into Oseon or a connection to monitoring and analysis tools. A connection to third-party software systems is also possible with our interfaces based on the OPC UA standard.
TecZone Bend
Program faster than ever before: With TecZone Bend you can combine bend programming in the office with shop floor programming at the TruBend bending machine. A program suggestion is automatically created in a few seconds based on 2D and 3D data – including NC program.

The software portfolio from TRUMPF optimizes your entire production process – from the customer query through to delivery of the finished part. TRUMPF combines the software intelligently with machines and services to create customized Industry 4.0 solutions for your Smart Factory.
You can choose between more than 150 upper and lower tool types for your personal range. You can order tools individually or as a set.

During the processing of galvanized sheets, even after just a few bends, there may be zinc deposits on the die, resulting in cold welding. This causes imprints on the component and imprecision. This can be avoided with the coated LASERdur ZN TRUMPF bending tools. These combine a high level of surface hardness with excellent sliding properties, are corrosion resistant, and do not need to be cleaned.
For specific requirements, TRUMPF will develop your own personal tool solution. To guarantee the quality of your parts, we test the tools in advance with your specific material and create initial sample parts.
