We focus on the entire manufacturing process from start to finish, utilizing TRUMPF equipment and Oseon software solutions. This process provides our customers the ability to have full transparency of their operation. Live machine data performance analytics through Oseon Analytics, accurate production planning and execution via Oseon as well as full storage system management via Oseon Logistics for Large Storage Systems. These tools in the process chain enable the combined Autonomous Manufacturing of parts involving cutting, bending and welding operations in a seamless integration of production technologies.
This is a full working production facility incorporating Autonomous Manufacturing methods, automated guided vehicles, advanced part tracking, automated transport methods with focus on improved throughput, part quality and on time shipment.

The TruArc Weld 1000 is an automated welding cell – profitable for small lot sizes, easy to program and can be operated even without previous welding experience. Operators can also utilize the welding cell in one- or two-station operation, depending on the component and lot size.
TruLaser Weld 1000
The TruLaser Weld 1000 is an automated laser welding cell – it combines the speed and quality of the laser with radically simple programming and can be operated without extensive training. Depending on demand, you can weld one large component or smaller ones in serial operation working parallel to production.

The TRUMPF storage and logistics systems provide you with a modular system of intelligent storage solutions – compact, efficient, flexible.
TruStore Series 3000
The TruStore Series 3000 compact store grows along with your demands, reduces space requirements, and can be developed into a fully automatic system. The TruStore Series 3000 comes with a storage tower and pallet picker crane as standard. You can select the height of your storage system from 15 possible levels, and the storage compartments can be adjusted to 3.5 inches or 6.5 inches. The storage system can be easily connected to your TRUMPF 2D laser cutting machine, punching machine, or punch laser machine. The modular principle enables expansion at any time.
