Smart View for lasers and laser systems

With Smart View Services you can independently gain an overview of all relevant data from your laser and laser systems. In this way, you benefit from a solid foundation for data-based, quick decisions. The data is transmitted securely using OPC UA transmission technology and automatically displayed in clear dashboards. Your relevant key figures are precisely prepared, compressed and displayed for you. Thanks to the modular structure, you can arrange Smart View according to your needs and choose from the Overview, Production  and Quality modules. Since Smart View is cloud-based, you have a transparent view of your equipment at all times, regardless of location.

You have the option to access more in-depth detail views. In addition to providing insight into the status conditions, the dashboards also create transparency over extended device data, error messages that have arisen, device utilization, upcoming  maintenance data, and changes made to the laser and laser programs.

Everything at a glance: With the overview page you can keep an eye on the status of your laser or laser system at all times. From here you can switch to the detailed view of each device. In the Overview module you will also find summarized information from the other modules that you have added, such as Production and Quality.

With Smart View Production, you can immediately recognize where things are not running smoothly in your production. Increase your productivity thanks to a wide range of production data.

With Smart View Quality you always have easy and clear access to the program history of your laser system and laser. This makes it easier for you to identify errors and at the same time supports you with documentation for quality assurance.
