The TruFiber S achieves low-spatter welds – even at high speeds and with difficult materials. The control is integrated, while supplementary optics, sensors and services are available as a solution package. Unique features such as two laser outputs for parallel operation and plug-in, quick-change laser light cables with a length of 50 m ensure flexible integration, without any loss of beam quality.

Highly specialised for fine precision work in singlemode or high-performance processing in multimode, depending on the model and beam quality. The TruDisk achieves low-spatter welds – even at high speeds and with challenging materials. The control is integrated, while optics, sensors and services are available as options. Integrated cooling solutions, up to four outputs for parallel operation, and laser light cables that are unique on the market ensure maximum flexibility: plug-in, quickly replaceable, up to 100 m long – without compromising beam quality.

Green laser light is particularly well absorbed by copper and other non-ferrous metals – for precise, low-spatter and pore-free weld seams. The TruDisk with green wavelength can perform both heat conduction welding and deep welding, ensuring consistent welding depths.

The TruPulse nano portfolio offers a wide range of power levels, beam qualities and pulse parameters – individually configurable to suit the application. This allows a wide variety of materials to be precisely marked, cut, engraved or precision welded using nanosecond pulses. Our specialists in thermally sensitive welding – short pulses, high peak power, controlled heat input

The TruPulse welds spot and seam joints using short, high-energy pulses with minimal heat input. Thermally sensitive components are protected by the high pulse peaks, while the burst function briefly increases the power, allowing welding processes to be carried out more quickly – without loading the components. The modular design enables flexible adaptations and simple integration into existing production environments.
