Automated laser welding for a variety of components – simpler, faster, more cost-effective

The TruLaser Weld 3000 is the compact solution for automated laser welding of a wide variety of parts. It was designed for production environments where components change frequently. Where space is limited. Where every hour of productivity counts.
With offline programming and AI correction during on-machine teaching, you can program new parts much more quickly. The machine keeps running. This reduces setup times and increases the machine utilisation rate. Heat conduction welding results in less distortion, less rework and higher quality. The compact footprint saves 24% of production space compared to larger systems.

Flexible laser welding for a variety of components and materials

Ideal for a high number of variants in production

Get to the first part at least twice as fast

Offline programming + AI correction = shorter setup time, higher utilisation

Seamless integration into existing production lines

24% less space required – can also be used where production space is limited

Cost-effective entry into automated laser welding

Everything from a single source: machine, software, service – less complexity, faster time to productivity

A man stands in front of the
TeachLine Touch

With the TeachLine Touch feature, weld points can be moved to the correct position simply by tapping the machine screen. This reduces programming and setup time by up to 50%.

TeachLine AI: Intelligent programming

With TeachLine AI, an AI-based process automatically detects deviations in the weld spots and corrects the robot path accordingly. This ensures consistently high weld quality and significantly reduces manual labour and operator involvement.

Compact welding optics

The new welding optics, which is 40% smaller, reaches hard-to-access areas within the component. Weld inside deep housings, boxes and close-fitting fixtures. This makes it possible to manufacture a wider range of parts automatically.

High-quality weld seams

BrightLine Scan and BrightLine Weld ensure process reliability and seam quality. BrightLine Scan offers greater gap bridging up to 0.7 millimeters and wider weld seams. BrightLine Weld reduces spatter during deep penetration welding. This results in high-quality weld seams with less distortion.

Welding with a supplementary wire

FusionLine combines laser energy with targeted material supply. For gaps up to 1.5 millimeters or materials that require supplementary wire. Ideal for critical materials and challenging requirements. Maximum flexibility in terms of material requirements.

Inverter housing manufactured on a TruLaser Weld 3000

Aluminium inverter housing

With BrightLine Scan and FusionLine, we achieve high-quality welding results with aluminium alloys. This sample part shows an inverter housing with complex geometry and tight tolerances.

Welding with process reliability

BrightLine Scan allows you to weld corners, gaps and other tolerances with process reliability. This sample part made of mild steel shows a conventionally designed cover for a clamp.

High-quality welding results

BrightLine Scan's high frequencies achieve high-quality welding results with aluminium alloys. This aluminium sample part shows a battery tray element with a 135° corner.

Flexible welding

The cooling water tank made of stainless steel shows different deep-welded seam geometries in sheet thicknesses of 1.5 mm and 3 mm.

Quick and reliable

You can create slim high-strength seams quickly with the deep welding process.

Almost invisible

The counter segment made of stainless steel shines with particularly attractive visible seams thanks to heat conduction welding.

For all common materials

The lower terminal box is made of mild steel, the middle one is made of stainless steel and the upper one is made of aluminium. You can weld all materials flexibly with the laser.

As if it were a single piece

You can create beautifully rounded seams with heat conduction welding, with barely any component distortion.

Hardly any reworking required

Catering containers made of stainless steel can be produced with laser welding with hardly any post-processing required.

Tolerant laser welding

The new FusionLine bridges gaps up to a millimetre wide.

Positioners

Work table

The work table provides a stable, level clamping surface for flat components. Ideal for simple geometry and quick setup times. Maximum flexibility with minimal investment.

Rotate and tilt positioner

With two NC axes integrated into the robot control, the rotate and tilt positioner makes it possible to weld components that are difficult to access in just one tool setup. Fewer re-clamping operations. Greater precision.

Compact rotary table with 3D clamping plate

The compact rotary table enables loading and unloading parallel to production. The 3D clamping plate offers maximum flexibility for different part geometries. Higher machine utilisation rate due to shorter non-productive times.

Compact rotary table with vertical rotary axis

This rotary table with vertical rotary axes optimises space utilisation in the processing cell. Automatic switching between clamping pallets while the machine is welding. Continuous production without idle time.

Welding optics and processes

Improved accessibility with compact welding optics

The welding optics, which is 40% smaller, reaches hard-to-access areas within the component. Weld inside deep housings, boxes and close-fitting fixtures. A wider range of parts can be automated.

Welding with supplementary wire thanks to FusionLine

FusionLine combines laser energy with targeted material supply. For gaps up to 1.5 millimeters or materials that require supplementary wire. Maximum flexibility for critical materials.

Rotary module for shield gas guidance

The shielding gas nozzle rotates continuously around the optics. The amount the robot needs to reorient itself is significantly reduced. This reduces your expenditure on clamping systems and programming, makes your components more accessible and enables you to weld much more quickly.

BrightLine scan

BrightLine Scan uses high-frequency scanners and motorised focus adjustment. Greater gap bridging up to 0.7 millimeters and wider weld seams for better tolerance compensation. Robust and flexible processes.

Spatter-free laser welding with BrightLine Weld

BrightLine Weld distributes the laser power between the inner and outer cores of the laser light cable. This significantly reduces spatter, especially during deep penetration welding. High-quality results with less rework.
