Using a bending machine is sometimes like sport – if the machine passes me the ball, it's easier for me to perform to my best. I get quicker and need less energy. Bending obviously isn't simple. This allows you to adjust the machine directly without constantly having to run to and from the control panel.

Do you have to process heavy and large parts? The handy TRUMPF bending aids make your work easier at angles up to 30°. It is also possible to adjust their height automatically. Is the noise hard on your ears? Not with our drive – the on-demand servo drive is extremely quiet and, at 220 mm/s, also extremely fast.

Fewer rejects means less overtime

With the highly accurate angle measuring systems from TRUMPF, you can very quickly and precisely determine the angle. This ensures that even the first part is a finished part. Springback and sheet thickness can be taken into account automatically.
