Clamping bracket cover

The clamping bracket cover is used as a cover. It is manufactured and installed on TRUMPF machines. There are different manufacturing options depending on the design and construction. Conventionally, the cover is created from a bent part using either MAG welding with reworking, or laser welding with FusionLine or BrightLine Scan. Alternatively, the component is laser-cut and laser-welded from three parts. The clamping bracket cover is then powder-coated after production.

The cover can be laser-welded with FusionLine or BrightLine Scan without having to be redesigned for laser welding.

Function integration: extrusions & threads are formed on the TruMatic 6000 fiber
Ultra-precise bending operation on the TruBend machines using ACB angle measurement technology
Manual reworking is reduced to a minimum with the TruLaser Weld and slim weld seams
Component showcases the wide range of finishing options
