Terminal box
Thanks to its design, the single-piece terminal box is easy to handle and weld. The threads are inserted into the blank directly on the machine. This eliminates the need for extra weld nuts or insert nuts. Formed cups are used as spacers to ensure a stable support area at the fixing points. The earthing symbol is embossed directly on the machine, which means there is no need for stickers or labels. A recess around the cable entry system stabilizes the sheet metal and ensures that the cover is flush. A roller offsetting tool is used for this purpose.
The ingenious combination of laser welding, forming, punching and embossing means that the terminal box can be manufactured extremely economically.
