EuroBLECH 2022: View over the TRUMPF booth

W hat with a shortage of skilled workers, cost pressure from abroad and high energy prices, companies in the sheet metal processing sector do not have it easy at the moment. At EuroBLECH in Hanover, TRUMPF will be presenting new solutions that will help sheet metal processors position themselves for the future. We took a look around the booth in Hanover.

In addition to solutions for networked production, the focus of TRUMPF's trade show appearance is on sustainability, productivity and simplicity. Marcella Montelatici, CEO for Sales and Services at TRUMPF Machine Tools: "Digitalization and automation continue to be among the most important trends in our industry. Both of them enable us to make processes lean, increase productivity and save time and costs. In addition, the topic of sustainability is enormously important for sheet metal processing, especially in light of high energy prices."

TRUMPF's innovations from EuroBLECH help companies meet today's challenges. These include the new Eco Cooler, which saves up to 80 percent of energy consumed compared to conventional coolers and avoids pollutants as well. The company has also increased the laser power of the TruLaser Series 5000 from 12 kW to 24 kW. This increases productivity and reduces process time. With the new simple TruBend 1000 bending machine, the company proves that it can offer every customer a suitable solution.
