One cutting head for everything

With the TruMatic 6000 fiber, you can process all types of materials and thicknesses with the same cutting head due to the beam guidance. There is no need to change the head, meaning that non-productive times are reduced.

The electro-hydraulic punching head completely processes parts, and generally makes downstream work steps, such as deburring, unnecessary.

Extended forming options

High quality outer contours and delicate inner contours: with the slim laser head of a TruMatic, you can cut very near to, or even on, forms which have already been created. You can also achieve unusual contours with process reliability. You can process non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper or titanium to the highest quality thanks to the solid-state laser. You can integrate formed sections quite easily into the process sequence. In the process, the material is always handled gently and carefully removed from the machine.

With the TruDisk solid-state laser and the descending die, you can process the entire material spectrum, including formed sections, at an outstanding level of quality. You can even cut copper and brass with optimum edges in a process-reliable way.

Descending die

The descending die enables scratch-free punching and forming processes. If required, the die can be lowered during positioning so the sheet does not have any contact with the die – for both punching as well as higher forming dies. When forming downwards, there is no longer the risk of things getting caught.

Ball tables or brush tables

For sensitive materials, which must not have any scratches underneath, you can use brush tables combined with the descending die. Parts which are to be subsequently painted can also be processed on the handy ball table.

Process reliability

Smart load

Smart load supports you in the sheet alignment on the machine. A sensor in the clamps detects when they do not grip the sheet correctly. If this is the case, the machine table, including sheet, moves.

Smart unload

If a finished part does not fall through the part removal flap as expected, a sensor detects this and the machine rectifies this – your part is detached and is removed safely.

Smart punch monitoring

Before the tool change, smart punch monitoring checks whether a hole was actually punched into the sheet. In this way, the machine detects at an early stage when punches are broken, and can pass this information on to the operator. This means that you can avoid rejects, particularly during night and weekend shifts.

We have the right solution for every combination, whether it be integration into Oseon or a connection to monitoring and analysis tools. Integrated flattening

During the punching of sheet metal, compression and tensile stresses are placed on the workpiece which can cause sheet deformation. The integrated flattening machine function and the corresponding tool make it possible to even out surface irregularities during the punching process itself.

MobileControl app

With the MobileControl app from TRUMPF you can operate and monitor your machines easily and with flexibility as the app transmits the interface of the standard control panel onto the touch screen of your tablet PC. Alongside the static control panel, you therefore have another option for monitoring and controlling your machine.

Large format processing

The TruMatic 6000 fiber is available in different sizes. The large version enables the processing of parts in a working range of up to 3050 x 1150 mm. This means even particularly large parts can be processed and more part geometries are possible.
