The TruLaser Tube 7000 is your pro for laser tube cutting. This laser tube cutting machine offers exceptional flexibility for processing round tubes up to 273 mm in diameter, rectangular tubes with an outer circle of up to 290 mm, and square tubes up to 203 x 203 mm – and does so with significantly greater productivity than typical systems in this class.

The laser tube cutting machine not only impresses with its robust design. It also automates many inspection and correction steps to ensure quality directly in the cutting process. ScanLine, ObserveLine Comfort and ObserveLine Edge monitor raw material and cutting areas. They identify tolerances, residual slugs and pre-punched contours and take targeted action. This reduces the need for manual checks and rework. Process reliability and rate of good parts increase significantly.

Process round tubes up to 273 mm in diameter, rectangular tubes up to a 290 mm outer diameter, and square tubes up to 203 x 203 mm with extreme flexibility.

ScanLine uses light section sensors to measure and balance out raw material tolerances. Quality Pilot evaluates the raw material quality at the start of the process and decides whether and how often ScanLine should take a measurement. This avoids unnecessary measuring cycles, saves time and also ensures part quality.

ObserveLine Comfort: higher proportion of good parts

ObserveLine Comfort automatically checks whether the slugs have fallen out of the cut contours. This increases safety and quality in the process, along with the good parts rate.

ObserveLine Edge reliably detects the contours of pre-punched profiles and adapts the cutting programs precisely to the hole pattern. This allows you to develop new applications without any extra effort.

SeamLine Tube – automatically detects and aligns weld seams

SeamLine Tube detects weld seams automatically and aligns tubes precisely. The Touchpoint user interface selects the parameters automatically, reducing operating effort and increasing process reliability. Additionally, this function ensures even more reliable seam detection and can automatically adjust cutting parameters around the weld seam area. This is how an automated and robust machining process works to your advantage.

The Spatter Guard spares you the trouble of rework as it minimises the build-up of slag on the inside of the tube. To achieve this, it applies a release agent parallel to production. This improves the finish of round tubes and also of closed sections.

The TruLaser Tube 7000 processes bevel cuts of up to 45°. This reduces downstream processing steps, e.g. for weld edge preparation, creates design freedom and enables innovative tube designs.

With smart profile detection, you can load even profiles with challenging geometries automatically.

ObserveLine Edge – define contours

It detects existing contours in tubes and aligns the cutting program precisely with them. Users can also process prefabricated or partially processed profiles safely and precisely.

Technology package for tapping – integrating processes

Integrate flow drilling, tapping and twist drilling directly into the tube laser. The integrated work steps reduce subsequent work steps and parts handling, reduce the possibility of errors and increase the added value of a machine.

Swivel-mounted conveyor system – stay flexible

The swivel-mounted conveyor system with a length of up to 12.5 metres demonstrates its advantages in intermediate production and for open and special profiles in particular.

Loading and unloading – up to 12.5 m

The TruLaser Tube 7000 processes and unloads tubes with a loading length of up to 12.5 m. Optimum nesting allows you to make much better use of your raw material. This reduces scrap and lowers your material costs. Finished parts of maximum loading length are unloaded reliably and safely.

Process reliability and operator support

Cutting unit with magnetic coupling – production without readjustment

The integrated magnetic coupling with bellows protects the cutting head against potential damage and dirt, especially in the event of a cutting head collision. This means that production can continue without the need for readjustment or calibration.

X-Blast – saving nitrogen

Save cutting gas and increase process reliability: The innovative nozzle with patented nozzle geometry enables you to save an average of 33% cutting gas during high-pressure cutting of wall thicknesses from 1 to 3 mm. The increased nozzle spacing also increases process reliability.

Conveyor tables – unloading and sorting finished parts

Conveyor tables at an ergonomic height make it easier to unload tubes and profiles. Finished parts can be sorted into different positions, with the unloading area also serving as a material buffer.

Sensor systems – always on the safe side

Your machine thinks for itself. During the loading operation, the machine checks whether the correct tube has been loaded. The clamping system with automatic power control always clamps tubes centrically without deforming them. The machine also detects whether a part has been ejected correctly during unloading.

Dot Matrix Code – labelling parts

Label your parts quickly and reliably with a standardised industry code – the Dot Matrix Code makes this possible.

RapidCut – faster cutting

RapidCut allows the high feed rates of the solid-state laser to be used for smaller contours. RapidCut speeds up the process by a factor of 4 and ensures shorter throughput times.

Digital connectivity and integration – for smart solutions

Seamless integration of many TRUMPF machines into your own software environment is very easy. We have the right solution for every combination, whether it be integration into Oseon or a connection to monitoring and analysis tools. A connection to third-party software systems is also possible with our interfaces based on the OPC UA standard.

Self-centring clamping system

The clamping system with continuous sensor monitoring adapts to every tube geometry and always aligns your tube centrically. The automatic power control ensures that even thin and unstable tubes are not deformed.

Loaded – even in XXL

The LoadMaster Tube for a loading length of 12.5m feeds the raw material to the machine fully automatically. The swivel-mounted conveyor system with a length of 12.5 metres demonstrates its advantages in intermediate production and special profiles in particular. Alternatively, the LoadMaster Tube can also be mounted on the front of the machine. This allows you to adapt the layout of the machine to your material flow.

Tube storage system with a storage connection

With loading automation you can link the TruLaser Tube machines fiber to a tube storage system. This allows you to load the laser tube-cutting machine fully automatically and unattended. How does it work? A tilt-and-lift station takes the cartridge with the raw material from the store and transfers it to the conveyor unit. This is directly connected to the LoadMaster Tube.

Unloading and sorting

The unloading automation interface with longitudinal conveyor belt was developed specifically for the automated unloading of finished parts on the TruLaser Tube machine. It comprises both mechanical and digital components, including a longitudinal conveyor belt. You can flexibly connect the automation of an integrator to this interface to suit your requirements.
